31TEN Creations™ is owned and operated by 31TEN TRAINING™. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit or buy from our store, how we use it, and the choices you have.

To complete your order, we ask for your name and email address. Your email is how we send your order confirmation and your download links, so please make sure it's correct. Sales tax is applied based on Ontario rates.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us. We only receive confirmation that a payment went through.

Your purchase gives you access to download your print files. Download links are tied to your order and sent to the email you provide. Please keep your confirmation email so you can find your files later.
